Deposit and Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
An EFT payment can be made into our Standard Bank account or alternatively we can forward you a credit card authorization form allowing us to manually process your credit card.
Payment MUST reflect in the Christie’s bank account prior to arrival. Should your booking be for the same day and/or a day or two later or on a Friday for the weekend an EFT payment will not be accepted as it would not reflect in the Christie’s account prior to your arrival. In this case, payment will have to be made via cash or card on arrival or a credit card authorization form enabling Christie’s to process your card manually.
Please make use of your BkID (Booking ID) which you will find in the body of your invoice as reference when making your payment. Kindly send the proof of payment to bookings@32onrussell.co.za
For Peak Season, all reservations payments are non-refundable.
A full room rate will be chargeable for check-in before 07h:00 or check out after 18h00.
Guarantee by credit card: Reservation is allowed to modify/cancel online on your own before 48 hours prior to the arrival date and no cancellation fees. Should you wish to make full payment in advance, please contact our Central Reservation to discuss your details.
Cancellation/No Show Policy: Once a reservation is confirmed, please notify us by email of any cancellation or modification of the booking at least 3 days (48 hours) before arrival for EFT bookings and 2 weeks before arrival for Group bookings to avoid a charge of 1 night’s stay to be imposed.
All guests must produce a valid passport or identity document upon check-in: For any early check out, there will be one night early check out penalty to be imposed. In an event of a guest No Show, a fee of one night’s rate will be charged.
